今晚食既呢間Omakase質素超正🤤一出𨋢門,兩邊放滿了日本清酒🍶餐廳主要以金色作粉飾,有金碧輝煌的感覺我地揀左「粉櫻」有10款壽司,和食及甜品師傅會用Seasonal既食材,海膽、榮螺、赤目魚前菜:蕃茄啫喱+廣島蠔+波菜沙律蕃茄啫喱好特別,有著蕃茄本身的酸甜味,口感QQ的,感覺不錯而廣島蠔就配合左昆布木魚水整既啫喱一齊食,蠔隻都好大隻重蠔味左口魚壽司🍣壽司本身已經有味,左口魚加左蘿蔔蓉及醋,可以唔駛點wasabi醬油都得呢個左口魚無筋架魚質勁soft油甘魚壽司油甘魚令我好有驚喜,一啲腥味都無食得出其魚味對油甘魚開始改觀了深海池魚壽司師傅加左竹炭鹽,令味道更提鮮而且肉質好滑火炙左口魚壽司經過火炙後,部分魚脂被燒溶左,有入口即溶既感覺鰹魚壽司加左醬油&生蒜,原來生蒜既辛辣味同鰹魚係咁match的赤目魚而家係食赤目魚既季節火炙過既赤目魚令魚味更突出魚質柔軟細滑,超好食大拖羅壽司有成3塊既大拖羅一啲筋都無原來係近魚鮫位就會無筋的赤貝壽司加左白菊醋既赤貝,好爽口呀永遠都是我的最愛之選鹽水海膽口感會creamy d 連同白蝦一齊食,會平衡左鹽水海膽既咸味酒蒸榮螺榮螺好鮮甜好容易咬,一啲都唔韌個汁
