大喜屋日式放題成日聽朋友講好抵食又正,本來對放題感覺實在一般,最近都係經朋友介紹食過一兩間,印象改變左,今日去左呢間食日本放題發現有裝修仲要好鬼靚⋯⋯叫野又唔會漏單,食物質素高又幾新鮮,仲加埋啲黑松露鵝肝貴呢d價食材,真係不得不讚同樣感受到香港嘅進步及競爭嘅壓力新鮮刺身:三文魚厚切又肥美,原隻甜蝦刺身好鮮甜,北寄貝爽口,油甘魚,北海道帶子,仲有象拔蚌添,相當鲜美,款款皆滋味還有其他刺身也很新鮮,食多幾轉都返本壽司種類都OK多, 而且件件都細細件, 易入口……加上京蔥汁燒三文魚腩肉質肥美,加上秘制醬,幾香囗另外特別值得推介既係個香蔥黑椒牛肉,大大件仲啖啖用, 燒完味道好鮮甜, 入口即化, 味道濃郁!!!!鵝肝伴帶子都鮮味十足, 加上鵝肝特殊味道非常唔錯意式黑松露帶子沙律,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,帶子鮮甜配黑松露顯得名貴,不過佢嘅賣相就差少少,蟹子沙律冇咩特別馬拉盞炒芥蘭苗估唔到佢熱辣辣, 香噴噴!確係好滋味,值得encore上湯菜豆苗香港嘅豆苗本身真係一般燒鯖花魚外皮酥脆肉質又有油脂不乾柴,唔係朋友介紹都唔知咁好食時椒汁炒花甲,非常惹味又滋味。一邊談天,一邊舔吃炒得香濃惹味的蜆肉。真是可以吃上癮
