今晚同朋友去食放題慶祝生日,而食放題想有點水準/保障,首選一定係大喜屋,雖然價錢比旺角放題貴少少,但食物質素的確值回票價。食大喜屋一定要預早訂位,特別星期六日。一入到去職員就帶我地坐底係卡位,都幾鬆動舒適。然後,職員比底一張雪糕紙,話每人可以點一杯貴價雪糕,正!黎食放題第一時間當然係點刺身,呢到既刺身選擇非常之多,而且重點係好!鮮!甜!完全無雪味,特別推介魚油豐富嘅三文魚,肥美甘香嘅劍魚腩,肉質厚實嘅油甘魚,爽口赤貝,同埋非常鮮甜嘅帶子!除咗刺身,呢度絕對回本嘅必選order,一定係海膽手卷,足足encore左3次,飯嘅份量唔多,紫菜即叫即包脆卜卜,重點係海膽超級鮮甜肥美。另外必試嘅,就係呢度嘅壽司,我哋除咗叫創意壽司,仲叫咗一啲火炙壽司同埋軍艦。例如吞拿魚茸軍艦、三文魚親子軍艦、灸燒牛肉,灸燒左口魚,每件壽司飯嘅份量唔大,食晒咁多都唔會覺得好飽,仲可以繼續作戰。最後大喜屋嘅燒物亦都係我嘅最愛,例如鹽燒雞翼,每隻雞翼都會剪開黎燒,保證燒到金黃色,香脆惹味,而且方便食。而另外一樣推介既,就係燒牛舌,牛舌唔會切到非常厚身,薄薄地但非常爽口,配埋黑椒檸檬汁,無得彈。呢間大喜屋嘅性價比真係極高,埋單都係$500左右,同旺角放題價錢差唔多jer! continue reading

個個都話乜大喜屋,乜大喜屋好好食,講真我一次都無食過....今晚同事生日,佢新公司都係尖沙咀,大家就約一齊去試下大喜屋啦~先畫刺身類,試下新野,松葉蟹腳同池魚王先,松葉蟹腳比較少有得食喎,蟹腳唔會雪到凍晒硬晒,蟹肉都好豐富好鮮甜。池王原來係刺身係新貴,好少放題有得食架,池魚好清甜,𠴱隻甜唔同甜蝦𠴱隻,呢隻係有海水味既甜味,而且好爽!劍魚腩好肥美,好厚切。壽司有好多款式,我最中意三文魚腩壽司,而唔係普通三文魚,魚腩口感比較豐富,三文魚既脂肪係口中爆出黎。黑松露雙色吞拿魚壽司,一般吞拿魚都比較淡味,比較甘,加上黑松露就增加左味道,幾Match喎!之後我就追佔手卷,手卷款式唔算多,但係已經有我想食的:海膽手卷。一d都唔寒酸架,份量都算多,起碼唔係得一啖呀!海膽味道好好,反而無馬糞味,味道偏甜所以好易入口。沖繩黑糖燒牛仔肉,聽個名都覺得好特別,用黑糖代替蜜糖真心唔錯,因為除左陣甜味之外,仲有陣甘甘地既味,牛仔肉一d都唔un,算好林身。炸吉列蠔幾出色,粉一d都唔多,蠔肉都好肥好大隻。燒羊架仍然穩佔我放題排行榜第一位,呢度既羊架啖啖肉,而且羊羶味好重,食完之後但成個口都係羶味tim!最後點少得食甜品呢?先試左坊間好貴既馬卡龍,味道係radmon既,我就試左綠茶同咖啡,綠茶唔係好甜,好香綠茶粉既味,咖啡味就一般唔係好特別。Tiramisu杯細細杯,芝士味好濃,我叫左4,5杯呢!呢間大喜屋都唔錯,不停有人換碟收碟,價錢都唔貴呢! continue reading

今日同同事喺TST放工, 大家做左成日都鬼死咁肚餓, 所以一於去食開題爽爽佢✨既然喺TST, 就梗係去大喜屋, 本身我以為淨係得近美麗華嗰邊先有, 原來對住彌敦道都有間, 超方便!上到去, 環境都幾大幾乾淨, 雖然我地兩個人, 但都有卡位坐, 真係very good!點菜紙首先黎個刺身併盤, 大喜屋出名d刺身魚生夠新鮮, 幾乎同正宗日本餐廳食到既一樣! 唔樣樣講, 因為樣樣刺身都好味! 其中最抵讚係赤貝, 大大件又夠彈牙!依個黑松露雙色吞拿魚sushi同魚籽蘆筍三文魚sushi係d創新sushi, 味道非常之好, 而且細細舊, 食完過下口癮又唔會用左太多quota跟住又order左d軍艦sushi, 個吞拿魚蓉好足料, 飯唔多, 比例岩岩好!仲有其他sushi好似鰻魚、燒牛肉、比目魚等等都係水準之上跟住依個燒雞翼又係正, 燒得好乾身, 唔太油, 前前後後我地order & encore左4次!黎到放題梗係要食海膽! 依個手捲細細舊, 岩晒我地依d咩都想試但又易飽既人! 個海膽好新鮮, 又encore左兩rounds!依個牛舌都好好味! 燒到岩岩好, 一d都唔燶, 而且唔會太咸, 食落仲幾彈口!仲有燒牛扒,薄切,牛味濃總括黎講, 喺香港食放題, 首選真係大喜屋, 睇黎係時候再約下人下個月再食過! continue reading

整個11月都緒事不順,約了的客經常放飛機,生意額沒有顯著的改變,跟畢弟說了一齊去食放顯,沈澱一下。今晚我地揀左尖沙咀大喜屋,貪佢近office。刺身永遠都是菜單的第一頁,我們也跟著次序,北海道帶子小小的,食起來很滑,白雪雪的,滑到好像豆腐般。三文魚大部分都連魚皮,吃起來好多魚油味,池魚刺身比較硬身,但好甘香。壽司我們叫了幾款,香芒龍蝦沙律壽司,龍蝦沙律唔係好甜,加埋芒果仲有一份清新味。Double芝士鰻魚卷,double芝士真的不一樣,有著好香濃的芝士融化味道,鰻魚好挺身,鰻魚汁功勞也不少!牛油粟米唔算太甜,份量都好多。馬拉盞炒芥蘭是一鍋鍋上,當打開蓋時飄來一陣很香的馬拉盞,刺激鼻部,是好好味的蝦醬味,每鍋份量都不是很多,所以不會帶有罪究感。沖繩黑糖牛仔肉,肉質好嫩滑,每片都切得很薄,而且都曾經燒過,Juicy一點和邊位也是脆脆的。意想不到的是牛肉壽喜燒如此出色,平日的都是hea底,這個齋看牛肉都已經有三大片,每片都很大片,湯底是壽喜燒,甜度很足夠而且無油,配料還有很多的豆腐、菜、韓式粉絲等。食肉獸的我怎會錯過燒羊架呢?我一口氣叫了兩件,羊架蘇味十足,而且一點都不un,帶著鮮味。鹽燒牛舌:鹽味足夠,一落口只feel到咸味,牛舌燒成全熟,咬下去時好軟林,好滋味。 continue reading

同另一半去食飯,傾好諗住食放題,一致認為大喜屋排頭、質素最好,一早打定枱去訂位,知佢full嘛。其實我都唔係第一次幫襯,環境同般放題差唔多,人多會坐得鬆動D,另外店員招呼都ok,夠快手同有效率呢間嘅刺身真係好新鮮,三文魚、池魚同赤貝都好正,至於甜蝦都ok,八爪魚就薄身D,但冇所謂啦,反正係放題任食,我一次過放幾件入口仲爽。食左兩轉刺身,帶子鮮甜,講真佢地嘅刺身真係正過其他放題店好多,最重要係238蚊,抵食架壽司上得好快,可能我地第一轉,唔會好多飯,而且壽司D款都啱食。串燒蝦大隻同新鮮,完全唔會霉,個殼都仲脆!牛舌同牛柳粒一樣好食,唔會un~另一半點起粟米,佢話好甜好正!我就鐘意西京燒,通常我都食幾轉,魚肉嫩。另外我都推介燒牛肉,食左好多轉,天婦羅蝦都正,好新鮮,勁熱辣香脆炒蜆都唔錯,圖中就一人份,可能要寫多幾轉先夠皮。最後仲包左杯哈根大師雪糕,仲有新出嘅芝士麻糬味添。整體所有食物都keep到水準,所以令我地一次又一次幫襯呢 continue reading
