向來大喜屋的質素無可置疑,極尚、殿、樂天大喜屋,真的越食就級數要高,種類品質倍為提升今次就黎住輕量級的大喜屋食先,免得食得太嘴刁 就一去不返了!!有個長腳蟹剪刀,就說明了食家要動動手才有得食了~~飲品種類都擺脫了傳統的汽水,引入一點外國貨,有種耳目一新的感覺先來個沙律墊一墊個胃先~~~柚子蝦沙律、海蜇沙律落既材料十足,絕不欺場柚子蝦沙律中的櫻花蝦乾帶了一點點點綴,食落有種脆脆的口感而海蜇就非常爽口,又加上香香的芝麻突出左整個味道甜蝦、虎蝦、珍寶蝦、長腳蟹蟹腳真的有種蝦、蝦、蝦的笑聲播出黎,誰叫本人係蝦的愛好者甜蝦當時新鮮鮮甜,細細隻點上芥末豉油,個甜味出曬珍寶蝦就是食它的爽脆、食它大大隻的肉感,非常滿足而餐廳亦提供埋泰國的酸甜汁點上那虎蝦,固然三種口感,樣樣分明地呈現出來長腳蟹蟹腳雖然唔粗身,但都一可嘗試到長腳蟹的鮮甜味道天婦羅的粉夠薄,直接食到裡面既材料茄子、蕃薯沒有吸到一身酒益味,還是食得挺放心....又再ENCORE的蝦系列燒牛舌雖然看似燒得很乾身,但仍保持住肉汁,好柔軟蒜片牛肉粒呢個方式,我都係第一次試。非常不錯,因為蒜片焦脆,無左本身重味、生生的感覺,反而像薯片一樣脆卜卜沖繩黑糖燒牛肉仔甜甜的黑糖煮到個牛肉仔淋一淋,吸曬全部的味道個香辣魔鬼珍寶蝦真係一流,蝦大大隻就不在話下,香辣汁醬完全滲曬入去同埋個香辣汁撈埋個韓式粉絲一齊食超正有肉的花甲食得啖啖味略燒得不太焦,偏向真的鹽烤,所以味道會比較單一....魔鬼朱古力朱古力愛好者必叫,層層朱古力的口感,細細杯一點都不膩焦糖燉蛋極力推介,做得不錯,焦脆的表層,底下卻是柔嫩的燉蛋馬卡龍也與平時街外買的一樣,也不用專登在外食了LAST就是自己揀的甜品系列,我就揀左哈根大師的,剛好推新口味,就食上那個充滿莓香的雪糕了 continue reading

假日有咩爽得過訓到自然醒, 梳洗過後就同朋友輕輕鬆鬆食好嘢過一個悠閒下午 😀嚟到大喜屋食午市放題, 眼見餐廳話咁快坐滿人, 好不熱鬧.坐底第一時間拎出刺身壽司嘅點菜紙係咁✔️✔️✔️   率先上場嘅壽司有拖羅蓉魚生塔 & 海膽大蝦三色花 🍣 同樣係橙紅色tone嘅Sushi色澤鮮亮, 睇見都心花怒放 😍要評輪間日式放題好唔好食,"刺身" 可以話係擔任住呢個重要角色. 大喜屋嘅刺身整體都鮮味十足、肉質又夠爽, 同連鎖壽司店供應嘅質素可以話旗鼓相當.而北寄貝同甜蝦係我今次嘅心水 👍 壽司刺身以外就開始嚟啲輕怡嘅沙律小食🙂 先嚟柚子魚生沙律, 柚子搭配三文魚, 口感清爽~海蜇沙律, 微辣嘅海蜇令我一食再食 😋不嬲食放題都唔多會食肉, 全因quota有限, 但今次喺燒物裡面搵到正嘢!!!  講緊嘅係呢個沖繩黑糖網燒牛仔肉真係堅正 👍牛仔肉吸哂黑糖, Juicy得嚟又帶點甜味, 忍唔住encore 多一碟~燒溫室甜菠蘿, 菠蘿超鮮甜又多汁, 菠邏迷係唔會食一粒就停到口🍍 豉椒汁炒花甲, 花甲有微微辣味, 雖未至突出但勝在呢度款式多可以過過口癮!鍾意食辣嘅朋友仔, 推介試埋海鮮冬蔭功湯, 湯底嘅酸辣味好出, 估佢唔到食日式放題都飲到好味嘅冬蔭功 😆臨走前當然唔少得要食甜品 🍨 呢度嘅甜品一啲都唔欺場, 我就揀咗Haagen-Dazs啦.第一次試Caramel Biscuit & Cream口味,  啖啖嘅焦糖味入面有餅乾脆脆 👏呢間大喜屋開業多年, 前後都食過3次. 今次第一次喺lunch 時段食, 估唔到氣氛都咁好.款式方面選擇都幾多, 由壽司刺身到燒物主菜都搵到正嘢 😋邊食邊暢所欲言真係會唔知時間, 不知不覺經已 Time's up, 下次再嚟都會揀weekend lunch, 食到飽飽都仲有大把時間行街 😎 continue reading

同老友慶生黎來到呢間大喜屋的老店,早3日都訂到大枱,食8點45分時段,價錢238加一,同以往一樣,要預早10分鐘排隊等lift,依舊人潮擁擁,不過入座處理尚算流暢,好快就可以叫野食。第一輪無疑係刺身行先,最推介係劍魚腩,油脂味非常濃郁,其次推介北寄貝同三文魚,北寄貝好大隻,又夠爽脆鮮甜,比其他地方提供嘅質素更佳,三文魚夠厚切夠肥美,仲有長腳蟹質數亦不錯,蟹肉新鮮夠甜,終於有一間放題提供蟹剪,食得更得心應手。海膽手卷海膽份量不吝嗇,飯團不大,淡淡海膽鮮味,紫菜夠脆,要即刻食。左口魚邊同和牛壽司係放題必選,和牛味道出色。沖繩燒牛仔肉係是晚驚喜,透紅滑嫩嘅薄切燒牛肉,伴甜醬油燒汁同沙律菜,每人再追加1份~! 馬拉盞炒芥蘭苗亦係是晚推介,炒得好香~! 芥蘭好甜,用鐵鍋上可以保持溫度,細心。燒菠蘿係切埋皮嘅,餐廳真係非常貼心,而且菠蘿又甜又juicy,係朋友同意下我一個人ko哂4舊,然後再點過比朋友食慶生有禮物~6位以上就送象拔蚌刺身同海膽1板~! 象拔蚌非常鮮甜爽脆,非常正,海膽水準亦不錯,送嘅就係正~! 記得早1日同餐廳預訂。雪糕選擇多,每人可以揀1款,我揀左季節限定款式 haagen dazs 焦糖脆脆,朋友選號milktop 紫薯味都非常正,有紫薯蓉係入面架! 埋單每人260蚊,感覺比以前初開嘅時候,熱食質數進步左不少,雪糕升級左,以前嘅漏單情況亦改善左,值得繼續幫襯。 continue reading

今日晏晝去大喜屋食放題午市218再加一 抵食過晚市講必叫刺身先特別要讚松葉蟹腳同帶子都好新鮮肥美忍唔住叫第二輪三文魚都好厚切 而蝦類就中規中矩啦好怕食到唔新鮮又臭海膽呢度海膽手卷放題來講算係合格有餘不過連埋舊飯冇得狂隊我最愛芝麻雞翼 又香又Juicy食過咁多間放題都係覺得大喜屋最好食唔會太炸太油膩呢個沖繩黑糖網燒牛仔肉又係要讚真係好怕食到好鞋牛肉呢個牛仔肉好嫩滑 入口即溶加埋汁好清新 真係放題少見高質牛肉難怪係個餐牌都係推介 一定要再食呢個天婦羅方面 蟹棒天婦羅又大條又多肉咁多肉都要食蔬菜類平衡下叫蟹籽沙律 牛油粟米 同埋瑤柱扒豆苗個豆苗好似出去酒樓食飯咁蟹粥 入味鮮甜平時我唔係咁鍾意食粥但係呢個都good!!飯後甜品係揀放題餐廳重要一環又係最令人期待雪糕時間唔係平時放題食雀巢雪糕係正正Milktop雪糕 oh為心理上彌補食咁多野罪惡感飲品方面我淨係不停飲道地解茶希望食咁多野都唔好吸收咁多脂肪啦其實香港放題餐廳好食食食去都係果幾間啦大喜屋應該算係我最常食一間放題今次水準亦係一如既往靠得住質素P.S.: 尖沙咀店其實坐得幾舒服 continue reading

大喜屋夜晚放題我就食得多,不過次次都要食20:45時段,因為放工真係趕唔到食六點,今日我就第一次食Lunch放題,唔洗食到咁眼訓。雖然係中午12點就開始,但我都差唔多12:30才到達,沒想到Lunch放題都會咁多人食,我入場時已經全場坐滿了。 點餐紙好像跟夜晚沒有分別,14頁食物任你點。 刺身繼續保持水準,每年都令立立新鮮非常,特別是經常帶有魚腥味的油甘魚,魚身沒有瘀紅色之餘,油脂亦十分豐盛;北寄貝及象拔蚌夠爽口;帶子刺身切得薄了點,兩塊夾在一起吃就剛剛好了。 壽司最貼心就是每件都的的骰骰,不怕吃一兩件就會飽,而最驚喜的就是赤海鯛,我好像是第一次食到,想不到味道會有少少甜;其餘的軍艦當然一上檯便要即食,不然紫菜會變腍的。 炸物絕對出色,芝麻雞翼外皮香脆,內裡肉質鮮嫩,依然帶點肉汁;而吉列炸蠔同樣不錯,炸過後的蠔沒有一點乾掉。 甜薯是我每次吃放題都必點的,外皮甜甜地。 完場前記得要食甜品,除了一般甜品如奶凍這些之外,每人還可以點一杯Milk Top雪糕,味道比哈根大師的死甜好太多了。題外話:話說我隔離檯是一位外籍人士,使我無意中發現這裡的店員英文也蠻不錯的。 continue reading
