To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係深水埗開左間分店, 我呢個深水埗人當然要一試不過地方好唔就腳, 唔識路o既人都好難去不過當日下午茶仍然爆滿未試過旺角店, 因為長期多人, 以為分店唔會差得去邊.................叫左:山竹牛肉 ............ 淋, 冇咬口, 偏甜菠蘿X燒包 ...........好好味豬潤腸粉 .............一般金錢肚 ....................OK, 但偏甜春卷 .....................普通RESULT : 差過好多酒樓, 不會再去. 但會外賣菠蘿X燒包
