星期五下午請了半天假,給自己一個 happy Friday,約朋友 late lunch,想食餃子,便去了餃掂。龍鳳蛋 - 蛋燻至半生熟,現出晶瑩蛋黃,加上黑白松露醬,蛋香松露香同時散發出來。至尊松茸豬肉餃 - 湯餃配九鼎形元湯,餃子皮薄,充滿香濃松茸味,老火湯清甜滋潤無味精,食口餃子再飲啖湯,非常享受。壽喜燒牛肉餃 - 以牛肉作餡料,味道比豬肉餃濃郁,牛肉汁鎖在香脆煎餃內,入口多汁惹味。意猶未盡,再追加一份韭菜煎餃。自家製山楂雪梨水 - 天氣乾燥兼食完煎物,飲杯山楂雪梨水清潤一下。捧腹而回,餃子多款式又美味,掂!
