最近喺太子行完街,去咗一間專門食餃子的店。這間餃掂,原來係香港島同九龍都有分店,而係門口仲見到美食家蔡瀾的報道,經過蔡瀾的加持,應該有保證。四川涼麵本身嘅涼面跟咗麻醬,不過可以加上小店自家製四川麻辣醬,可以更加惹味。狀元九鼎湯,飲落去比較清,如果濃味啲就更加好。加入左大量嘅粉葛,靚魚,赤小豆等等,睇落都幾有益。不過就有少少不夠味。這款松茸豬肉餃,就配了一碗狀元九鼎湯。小店都講明松茸對身體有好多益處,包括抗氧化和抗癌。配上一碗熱湯,食落十分養生。另外朋友嗰碗韭菜豬肉餃,湯都十分鮮味。而且韭菜餃隻隻都好飽滿,韭菜食得好新鮮,翠綠非常。如果配上小店的自家製菜圃和香醋,味道更勝一籌。元貝豬肉餃這一款叫咗煎的,雖然要等大約20分鐘,但食落相對比較香口。食落去除了有原本之外,還加入了大量芹菜,清新爽口。食到好飽,又可以試到好多款唔同嘅餃子。另外一款比較特別的就是芝士餃,煎香左芝士會用晒,好想下次再嚟試。店員招呼周到,店入邊都坐得舒服。下次一定會再嚟。 continue reading

拍檔聽我說吃了皮薄美味的餃子,便說要吃,剛好今天在深水埗附近遇上,忘記有其他分店,原來這間是總店!枱下面放了大型變色燈,彼別緻,他想吃,就陪他再吃,因他請,嘻嘻!下完單後,拍檔第一時間取醃漬物吃,白蘿蔔與薑片很入味又爽口,甜酸度適中,免費的緊記吃呀!松茸餃子他點了煎餃,還說皮薄且脆,豬肉柔軟,而且有菌香,蘸點松茸菌蓉醬更香,小碟中有原味與微辣兩種,他喜歡微辣,因味道更出位,九鼎湯(鰂魚,鯪魚,粉葛,紅蘿蔔,扁豆 ....不加鹽)合他,他喝湯不愛鹹,還強調湯料足便會好味。龍鳳松茸雙灼餃黑松茸與白松茸各四隻,吃到蠻多的松茸,各有各的香味,還帶有點點肉汁,灼餃比較清香呢!跟九鼎湯,我們每人一碗。蜜賤雞翼5隻才夠吃,雞肉很腍軟,以為蜜賤是甜味,原來是醋味多於甜,味道ok,質感重一點更好口感。麻辣西芹豆筍他點的,原來他很喜歡吃豆皮,腐竹 ....等製品,這碟有西芹的微香,豆香的豆筍是一條條的,BB辣度,當然沒有吃剩。重慶鮮肉雲吞他自爆是超愛吃餃子,可以當飯吃哪種,原來他是餃子怪,真是失敬!最後他加了小雲吞,豬肉餡料味ok,皮滑大片,上湯多葱粒芫茜,帶醬油鹹味。 continue reading

今天同阿女出太子買校服,早早地食晚餐,天氣熱唔想食飯,搵到間餃子專門店,我的喜愛呢。各款醬油隨你喜好,仲有一瓶酸蘿蔔都是任食,酸酸地好開胃。野生松茸素餃(煎),這店採用野生松茸,根據描述松茸有護膚效果,有助抗癌作用,有助穩定血壓、降低膽固醇、改善動脈硬化及肝機能,也能抗過敏,更有改善骨質疏鬆的臨床功效,提高人體的免疫力。 龍鳳松茸雙灼餃跟《狀元九鼎湯》,龍鳳即是黑松露及白松露,黑松露香味較濃。《狀元九鼎湯》好值得喝,材料包括粉葛、順德鯪魚、香山鰂魚、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、排骨等等,能提升免疫力,溫腎益氣,滋潤腸度,養顏保健,散叫一碗都要$20。芫茜拼元貝豬肉餃,貪心一點,叫一個雙拼餃,試多一款餃子,芫茜味道香而不濃,另外一款元貝香味比較強烈。麻辣松花皮蛋,麻辣程度唔算好強,所以不會蓋過皮蛋的香味。阿女想吃蜜餞雞翼(3隻),感覺似鹵水雞翼。自家製山楂雪梨水(凍),點了一杯,都好大杯,山楂味道微酸,胃口大開,好過飲汽水,健康得多。 continue reading

經友人介紹我也來過此店幾次,門外掛上《天下第一餃》,也有蔡生做招牌,難怪店中也是坐無虛席,我都在門外等了一陣才入座。終於入座了,我不忘餐前吃點店中自家醃製的蘿蔔去打開個胃先,蘿蔔又不會太酸,爽口美味,真是令人開胃,而且也是免費供給客人任食。餃子方面我平時最愛吃松露,所以選擇了龍鳳松茸雙灼(跟狀元九鼎湯)$86~這是兩款不同的餃子,分別是黑松露及白松露的豬肉餃,黑松露味道菌香較突出,芳香撲鼻,而白松露味道較清幽,豬肉份量都適中,濃郁鮮香,配搭了一碗湯水,那是《壯元九鼎湯》夠晒滋補,當中有赤小豆、粉葛、鯪魚、扁豆、紅蘿蔔、蜜棗、鮮排骨等,可以提昇免疫力,溫腎益氣,滋潤腸道,養顏保健再來元貝豬肉餃(中碗)7隻$60也是配搭一碗湯,用了十兩豬配五兩元貝,吃得矜貴配搭特別,餃子皮薄肉餡香,加上甘味鹹香的元貝及爽口的香芹,再蘸上自家製的四川麻辣醬,辛辣惹味也是不錯的除了餃子,店中都有供應小食、米線、麵、雲吞等......不過食了那麼多餃子都已經足夠,下次再來光顧。 continue reading

龍鳳松茸雙灼餃(12隻)跟狀元九鼎湯($130)細轉大加$44,黑松露松茸同白松露松茸餃子各6隻,一咬落口就有香濃既松露味,口感唔錯。黑松露同白松露比較,我地都更傾向味道更濃既黑松露,當然2款都好味。湯無湯渣,似住家湯,味道唔錯。至於醬料,我地都覺得尼款餃子比較適合配湯,同豉油或醋完全唔夾,可能係因為松露本身既香味已經好濃烈。有機會再食,會想試下普通既松茸豬肉餃,感受下純松茸(無松露)既味道。(個人口味: 3.4+3.9/10)(個人口味: 3.2+3.7/10) (狀元九鼎湯)重慶鮮肉雲吞18隻($48)雲吞係一口size,只有豬肉,無蝦,普通既豬肉雲吞,下次唔使再試。(個人口味: 3+3.2/10)上海淨麵($20)幾有口感,偏清淡,幾清爽,正常既上海麵。(個人口味: 3.5/5) continue reading
