🎐呢排都落雨☔️,貓叮話揀間就腳啲又好味的鋪頭食餐便飯。📌《餃掂》呢排開左幾間分店,熊妹去到太子又見到,去到銅鑼灣又見到,睇黎都幾好生意喎。📌餃子款式多多,基本的韮菜,白菜,椰菜,粟米都有,全部都係豬肉餡,而招牌菜就係鼎鼎大名的松茸餃喇。📌松茸係咩?店內大大個水牌有介紹架。其實簡單啲黎講,係一種好有益的菇菌類🍄。至尊松茸豬肉餃,$115📌貓叮介紹熊妹一定要試試煎餃,所以叫左12隻份量。煎得好香呀,餃皮好脆唔厚,一啖咬去,有啲肉汁爆出黎,滲出淡淡的松茸類似菇的香味,豬肉餡不肥,唔會有肥豬肉,成件事🈴格。點松茸餃會送上自家製松茸醬,少少辣又唔辣咁,松茸味就唔係好覺,不過幾特別既。狀元九鼎湯點任何松茸餃款都會跟狀元九鼎湯,清清地,唔覺有放味精,食煎餃乾淨淨,有啲湯水🥣滋潤下,無咁熱氣🔥。仲有自家製的醃蘿蔔,好好味喎,醃得好夠酸味,蘿蔔又好脆,唔會醃過龍,非常開胃,熊妹真係好鐘意食酸野,仲飲左少少酸醋汁。📌熊妹其實最喜愛吃韮菜餃,所以點了款雙拼湯餃子,試下韮菜餃同雲耳椰菜。韮菜豬肉餃湯餃好似比煎餃遜色啲,就真係咁白洽再加狀元九鼎湯,湯味道仲好似無咁濃,似溝稀左少少水。韮菜餡料都多,但韮菜味唔算好出,豬肉餡都係無咩肥的。雲耳椰菜豬肉餃反而雲耳椰菜味道出啲,爽口啲,皮夠薄,可以一試。📌餐廳環境都大的,一張枱會疊枱坐幾枱客,食物味道熊妹覺得唔係話好特出,或者係餃子好難整得好特別。 continue reading

從小就喜歡吃餃子雲吞,所以當知道在家附近有一間以吃松茸做的餃子店──餃掂時,立即相約友人試試!打開餐牌,看見琳琅滿目的餃子,選擇困難又再出現,幾經討論及取捨,我們兩個人仍是要了以下七個食物,哈哈!(看來好像有點誇張)麻辣松花皮蛋:糖心皮蛋加上麻辣椒香,多美好的配搭,是醒胃的前菜。龍鳳松茸雙煎餃:餃子皮薄,餡料豐富,外皮煎香了,但內里的肉汁仍是豐滿,松茸的香氣充滿了口腔。重慶鮮肉雲吞(小辣):由於友人不吃辣,所以我們只要了小辣。雲吞小巧精緻,一口一顆剛剛好。如果是可以吃辣的,不妨要大辣,相信味道不會令你失望。韭菜豬肉餃:這個是湯餃,他們家的湯也有來頭的,名字叫。湯本身的味道已經很濃郁,加上韭菜的香味,真的會令人一口接一口,一下子就把整碗餃子吃完。蜜餞雞翼:除了餃子,我們也點了他們的小食和蔬菜。這個蜜餞雞翼味道徬佛像鹵水雞翼,味道足夠而且入味,不錯!上湯松茸時蔬:大大棵的菜心,浸了松茸狀元湯,份外鮮甜多汁。四川涼麵:看見鄰桌食客的涼麵好像很不錯,我們也要了一份,果然沒看錯,麵條軟韌適中,醬汁清爽,吃光後感覺特別滿足。最後,不得不提的是他們的服務態度很好,細心有禮,贊! continue reading

做完嘢行過見到呢間餃子店,好奇蔡生食緊咩,咁津津有味呢?上網睇吓,評價好唔錯,叫埋响附近收工嘅妹子一齊食。店內環境一般,人多時要搭枱。不過呢,坐下來見到醃菜,即時心心眼除咗一般嘅白蘿蔔,仲有紅蘿蔔、青椒、紅椒+薑片,顏色已經好靚,仲要大大件,唔孤寒喎材料新鮮爽脆,味道酸甜、微辣好開胃龍鳳松茸雙灼餃龍鳳係指分別配黑松露醬和白松露醬嘅松茸豬肉餃子,黑松露比較香,兩種都有肉鮮味,又有松茸特有嘅香氣。野生松茸素餃餡料主要係松茸、小白菜、雲耳....有點麻油味,個人偏愛清淡些狀元九鼎湯,選灼餃(湯餃)就會送湯,湯另上就無油,亦可以試真啲個味,果然真材實料,原味不加鹽也好喝。兩個人都想試多幾款,又叫咗一份雙拼餃子。芫茜豬肉餃 芫茜豬肉餃清新好味,芫茜香加埋豬肉嘅鮮,真係絕配元貝豬肉餃比起其他味道就無咁搶嘞,味道都OK唔錯嘅。至尊松茸豬肉煎餃子餃子煎過後唔止皮脆,餡料更香,肉汁豐腴,可能皮薄,放一陣便無咁脆,要趁熱吃才好。啲嘢好食嘅,係會留到客,由入坐到離開,有不少人來買外賣,有現買的,又有電話預約的,有買熟的,但更多人買生的餃子回去。 continue reading

這間”餃掂手工餃子雲吞專門店”門口擺放著有食家蔡瀾的相片,即時引起我的注意,連食家都光顧過及推薦,有信心保證,有時吃吃餃子當作正餐也不錯。當晚相當滿座,門外亦有不少等待外賣的人,座位需要搭枱形色的,餐廳牆上掛滿了一些至理名言,頗特別的,等待食物期間可以閱讀一下,另外, 枱面上有多種調味醬,如醤油、醋、香辣醬和四川麻辣醤等,好讓食客按自己喜歡來配搭,還有驚喜位是有一樽醃蘿蔔免費任食,很爽脆及開胃。餃子款式超多,要花一段時間才能下單。至尊松茸豬肉餃跟狀元九鼎湯 (中碗 煎餃8 只) $78 – 皇牌推介當然要試試, 煎餃即叫即煎,新鮮香脆,內有肉汁晒發淡淡的松茸味。至於九鼎湯味道雖比較清淡,但健康有益。九鼎湯材料包括粉葛、順德活鯪魚、香山活鰂魚、紅蘿蔔、扁豆、赤小豆、新會陳皮、蜜棗、鮮排骨等,功效可效提升免疫力,溫腎益氣,滋潤腸道,養顏保健。韭菜豬肉餃  (大碗 煎餃10 只) $55 - 金黃香脆韭菜的煎餃, 內裡充滿肉汁,韭菜味道突出,很惹味。雙拼湯餃 雲耳椰菜豬肉餃 拼 元貝豬肉餃  (大碗 10 只) $63 - 雲耳椰菜豬肉餃的餡料爽脆,較有口感; 元貝豬肉餃餡料內真的發現元貝絲,用料十足,而且元貝很香,味道特別,下次可以單點這款口味。另外湯餃的湯底都是九鼎湯。 重慶鮮肉雲吞 (大碗 18 只)$45 – 湯底可選辣度,雲吞細細粒,一口一隻。 continue reading
