Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同一個熱愛食餃子嘅人食晚飯,黎咗呢間專做餃子嘅鋪,個名都食下字,叫“餃掂”。打開menu,超多餃嘅選擇,名符其實餃子愛好者必須bookmark嘅一間鋪。店內有為松茸黎個詳細介紹,所以就試咗龍鳯松茸雙灼餃。龍鳯果部份,睇英文似係白松茸同埋黑松茸,真係好似松露咁。先試黑松茸,極鮮味,帶埋裏面啲肉味出黎,加番少少餃皮去中和,成件事好夾!忍唔住食完一隻接下一隻。佢連埋狀元九鼎湯上,但唔係將啲餃浸落去,湯味唔算濃,我諗係唔想搶哂主角風頭,但原來食多兩啖可以沖淡番頭先隻餃嘅味,再試另一隻可以更準確咁食到佢嘅味。食白松茸,無黑松茸咁驚艷,反而更食得出佢舊肉嘅味。好多時餃子入面啲肉都係醃到好濃味,為咗帶起成隻餃子,但食多幾隻會好膩,呢款無咁嘅情況,所以呢個好值得叫!另外再叫一個壽喜燒牛肉餃,因為壽喜燒呢個字,感覺成件事好FUSION。揀埋煎餃,感覺會相當惹味,結果無失望,果然勁正!我覺得裏面有牛肉片感覺比肉粒更正!煎餃微燶又脆亦為呢款餃加好多分!揭後D見到有元貝豬肉餃,感覺相當特別,所以揀咗佢。呢個係跟湯一齊去,但係浸住係湯入面。元貝同豬肉比想像中夾,雖然同上面隻餃係同一款湯,但係隻餃食落感覺好唔同,果然有思考過點樣令到D餃更出色。帶我黎GE朋友話呢個係佢GE最愛,佢話因為元貝同埋豬肉個比例啱啱好,多D或者少D都會差緊D。不過我GE至愛都係黑松茸餃。叫埋兩杯嘢飲:山楂雪梨水同埋蜂蜜檸檬薏米水,都係潤GE系列。如果係咁食煎餃,飲呢兩杯就超正。佢仲有唔同GE餃,可以再黎試多轉!! continue reading

疫情措施終於放寬返就去左光顧呢間久仰大名既餃掂採用人手包制 食物都新鮮都幾多名人食過鋪面位置都算坐得舒服,有冷氣難得見到有新式餃子-壽喜燒牛肉餃覺得壽喜燒掛名 應該會甜啲同日式醬油濃味立刻就點下了黃金皮蛋 ,仲有麻醬涼麵等候期間就混左啲醋,豉油,特制豆豉菜脯辣椒醬牛肉餃要左煎賣相都可以,唔算份量太大,有分7隻同10隻選擇食落就薑味重一啲 肉質都juciy 不過與壽喜燒味道就唔太突出感覺有點失望黃金皮蛋較像糖心蛋都彈牙既~不過個人就覺得醬汁配襯麻麻如果有尖椒花椒配合應該會好食啲而麻醬手撕雞涼麵唔錯 啲麵夠凍雞肉份量較少 但麻醬都夠香,撈麵入到味整體菜式味道都唔差既如果湯餃湯底就會濃郁魚,葛味價錢就比一般手工餃就貴少少 continue reading

久仰大名!自問係一個餃子狂,當然會為咗餃子走遍港九新界,今次去到太子嘅一間出名餃子店,當然要試試佢!門面採用中國式傳統裝修,鋪內餐桌唔多,不過受疫情影響,大家都叫外賣,唔緊要。鋪內衛生都似乎服務唔錯。餐牌所有餃子都可以選擇白灼還是煎,仲有幾款四川食品,例如涼麵和粉皮,仲有重慶鮮肉餃子,仲可以自選辣度,對於選擇困難嘅我,選嘢食都花了一點時間。 食物此店招牌松茸餃子,作為一個松茸迷,唔同煮法都叫咗一個,再另加幾款肉餃子和四川麵,松茸餃子非常香嘅松茸味,但略嫌肉味不夠鮮(另有素餃可選,但我沒有選)。牛肉餃ok,雲耳椰菜餃子(經典)非常有驚喜,推介! continue reading
