To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開心星期五同閏蜜相約左去食好耐無食既星馬菜香港真係好少星馬菜既餐廳好在港島區有揀，因為想食肉骨茶先黎食落著大雨到餐廳，好彩有位坐我地諗左好耐食咩，經理可能見我地睇左好耐都未叫好好人幫我地介紹有咩特別菜式推薦宜保咖啡骨:我係個咖啡迷，雖然賣相平平無奇，但食落好濃既咖啡醬汁味，經理話個咖啡醬汁係佢地廚師自己調制，同金沙骨一齊炒，味道都幾特別，排骨咬落去酥脆同有肉汁 ，味道甘苦得黎都幾惹味肉骨茶(1-2份):肉骨茶用煲仔爐上，滾住食熱辣辣，茶內有杞子、腐竹、豆卜同排骨一齊煮，排骨幾冧同幾入味，湯飲落味道好濃，仲有碟油炸鬼比我地沾茶食，配白飯撈湯食幾好味菠蘿鮮蝦炒飯:炒飯唔太油，蝦肉煮得岩岩好有菠蘿一齊食，味道甜甜地似泰式炒飯咁石榴梳打:好重石榴味，入落幾fresh，好好飲
