To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 芝麻雞同脆皮蝦球都係經典嘅中式菜式。芝麻雞外皮香脆,裹上濃濃嘅蜜糖醬汁,芝麻香氣好突出,雞肉嫩滑,甜而不膩,食咗幾件都唔會覺得滯。脆皮蝦球就更加出色,蝦肉彈牙,外層炸得金黃酥脆,掛咗一層酸甜醬,仲有核桃同沙律菜點綴,口感同味道都好豐富,師傅話呢道菜係佢今晚嘅最愛!

甜品有蛋散紅豆沙,蛋散香滑,紅豆沙甜度啱啱好,紅豆煮得夠腍,仲有陣陣豆香,係一個好溫暖嘅結尾。雖然仲有其他甜品,但因為食得太飽,冇逐一試晒,略為有啲遺憾。

環境方面,太湖嘅氣氛好熱鬧,枱面用咗紅色枱布,喜慶得黎又有節日氣氛,圓枱設計好啱一班人聚餐,服務員都幾殷勤,會主動幫我哋添茶同收拾枱面。整體體驗真係好愉快,師傅話好耐冇試過咁開心嘅生日飯局,我都覺得今次慶祝好有意義!

總結黎講,人均 $422 有咁多高質嘅菜式,乳豬同海鮮都做得好出色,芝麻雞同脆皮蝦球更加係錦上添花,甜品亦都好有水準。太湖呢餐真係畀咗我同師傅一個好難忘嘅生日回憶!如果下次有機會同朋友聚會,我一定會再返太湖試多啲其他菜式!
