🐑龍蝦比較細隻-白水烚有少許老身,但係彈性仲有嘅。紅色膏打卡靚仔D,但膏偏硬而且冇乜味,綠色膏比較軟身有味,睇下你鍾意邊樣🐑磨菇忌廉湯-湯香Cream味,做得唔錯椰菜花、西蘭花-蒜片炒,好惹味🐑燒烤魷魚-最吸收炭火香味🐑燒烤魚-冇得太多調味,食番魚本身嘅味道,但今次麻麻🐑燒烤豬扒-望落好似好乾身,食落其實好腍滑,而且Juicy🐑燒烤腸仔-畀老婆食咗大半,我唔夠喉,要再encore 🐑煙三文魚-唔太咸,呢樣幾好,可惜缺乏油潤,乾咗少少🐑Risotto-飯還飯、餸還餸、汁還汁,都唔搭檔。就算將所有嘢撈勻一齊食都食唔到有意式risotto嘅感覺,飯又煮到熟晒,似食中式碟頭飯多啲。🐑長通粉用番茄同肉碎嚟煮,基本茄味足,但同全盛時期佢地嘅意粉已經爭好遠,以前最得手嘅嘢而家唔係好惦檔,有啲可惜。🐑相比嚟講,今日呢個主菜銀鱈魚就好味好多。一上枱已經飄來陣陣魚香,魚皮煎得夠焦脆,配菜亦好好味。我認為咁樣嘅出品先至對得住Sabatini呢個招牌。
