To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午身痕想食米線，咁最好最快選擇都係譚仔，一落街就係🤣不過我都覺得呢間譚仔真係好勁，幾時黎都幾乎坐滿哂人。不過又好彩未去到要排隊。同男友食就可以叫一碗再叫小食，因為真係偏大碗。今日揀左腩肉、墨魚🦑丸同竹笙，酸辣湯，再加左個豬耳同皮蛋做小食。一豬耳有分中口味同重口味🤣其實即係中辣同大辣。我地揀左中辣，唔了好多油都唔係話好辣既，但啲豬耳好韌、唔夠爽。男友話咁係代表佢唔夠新鮮😅皮蛋就還好啦，但係個蛋白位都係食過有更彈的。酸辣湯幾香，有唔少酸菜，竹笙同腩肉都夠爽夠香，墨魚丸就麻麻。食過幾間譚仔黎講，黃埔呢間叫做中等的，係正常水準，有啲個湯底更好。
