To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第N次去吃【蟹仙】了,我的第一次吃蒸海鮮就是奉獻給了蟹仙,當時還擔心只是蒸煮會不會味道較淡,吃完後卻禁不住愛上。今次我帶同家人去了尖沙咀店品嘗【尊貴海鮮套餐】,每位四百多元,主打野生靚海鮮,部份還是漁獲量不多的稀有品。先上的是貝殼類和赤蝦,用上蟹造型的盤子,相機必須先吃。海鮮由店員幫忙蒸,我們坐著等吃就是。【日本野生大赤蝦】大隻,蝦膠多,吃起來很滿足;【韓國斧山珍珠蠔】香甜帶海洋氣息,吃完感覺舒暢;【大西洋野生青口】自帶海水鹹香;【野生日本深海白刀貝】則十足鮮甜;【台灣九孔鮑魚】【黃金翡翠螺】都大隻爽彈。之後是龍蝦和蟹,【野生琵琶龍蝦】大隻的是比較少見,肉量雖不及【澳洲青年龍蝦】多,但更鮮甜;【野生膏仔蟹】【太平洋饅頭蟹】都是膏多肉多。店長還介紹正確吃蟹方法和一些海鮮冷知識,又吃又有得著。吃完海鮮就吃菜,【有機蔬菜籃】,從未吃過這麼甜的菜~最後以粥底結尾,吸收了海鮮精華的排骨粥,無比鮮甜。蟹仙老闆經營海鮮入口商批發多年,能入手野生海鮮,天然鮮味不需調味,四百多元能吃到,性價比極高。海鮮愛好者不能錯過。
