To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 湯底屬清水完全無味不用講,只吃到餸既油味。我地是比較遲(9:29pm)入舖的,不知他們何時關,但他也是招呼我們入店內迅速落單。到9:30pm他們一野關閘,一野撞了我朋友他肩也沒道歉,只顧一味收舖。到我們一路吃著,他們一味吵著要快快收拾好,大大聲推枱櫈,我們還在吃已經肆無忌憚地掃地拖地,完全造成壓力影響食慾。員工態度奇差,食物質素又欠佳,絕對不會再光顧,亦不想有其他朋友瀨野!
