To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老公起初在質疑我不怕上火,但當一試金沙脆豆腐後,便馬上點頭並認同我的選擇!金沙脆豆腐口感輕快,外層鬆化薄脆、內層滑溜細嫩,完全沒有丁點油膩和焦燥的感覺,看似份量頗多的一碟,不消一會便消失了!

愛吃腸粉的老公,最後還追加了香蔥牛肉腸粉!腸粉皮細薄透合,配合滑溜的牛肉餡和甜豉油,可能招牌叉燒腸粉效果更出眾,但不用多說,食力與愛好的表現,一樣吃光!

去年的社會運動還未完結,今年再經歷武漢肺炎,更突顯出香港人頑強自救的性格!每個香港人也是阿信,人人也抱著命運是對手、永不低頭的精神!

處於逆境,人必須經歷艱苦磨練,然而各行各業也不例外,這刻我們在自救的同時,也要互救,更何況是美味抵吃的呼喚!
