香港嘅飲食風氣或者潮流都係五時花六時變,一段日子興起韓國菜,就四圍都開韓國餐廳,現家興起珍珠奶茶同水果茶,就度度都開台式飲品舖,所以同一時間都有唔少台式餐廳新開,呢一間主打牛肉麵同魯肉飯嘅台式餐廳,店面係古舊中式嘅小屋黎,好彩我同男朋友早到,遲少少就要等位喇餐牌無相可以參考,令我地有少少難決定揀食咩好,我就緊係上黎開飯呢度睇下人地啲相啦,而且價錢都唔貴,所以一陣間就決定到食咩喇先黎係飲品,我就要咗冬瓜茶,普遍嘅冬瓜茶都係味道偏甜,呢杯都唔例外,但係尚可以接受嘅,涼涼地啱曬現家熱辣辣嘅天氣。而男友就揀咗係台灣引入嘅黑松沙士,味道只令我諗起童年嘅藥水味,同外國嘅Dr. Pepper差唔多,不過佢又覺得唔錯和……..之後黎嘅係川味紅燒三寶牛肉麵,入面分別有牛腱、牛筋同牛肋條,麵條係微微厚身同闊,質感好彈牙,同微微辣、又充滿牛香嘅湯底好夾。牛腱係厚切,而且仲炆得好軟身,同時仲吸收咗牛肉湯底,真係好好食,牛筋亦都非常有彈性,口感好好,而牛肋條就可以再淋啲,但係都可以食到牛肉味~除咗牛肉麵之外,仲叫咗一碗大嘅滷肉飯,食滷肉飯時,總覺得要有隻蛋先好食,所以另外加咗一隻滷蛋,係開飯見到隻蛋係全熟嘅,但

除咗牛肉麵之外,仲叫咗一碗大嘅滷肉飯,食滷肉飯時,總覺得要有隻蛋先好食,所以另外加咗一隻滷蛋,係開飯見到隻蛋係全熟嘅,但係送到枱時竟然係溏心蛋黎!!!蛋黃汁同滷肉飯超配搭,而呢到嘅滷肉唔會做得好鹹,而且肉質都尚算嫩,可惜食到底下時,下面啲飯唔夠滷肉同汁撈黎食

由於性價比高嘅關係,我地仲叫咗個小食,皮蛋豆腐,我諗餐廳都成日改良菜式,因為見到之前係有加入到豬肉鬆,而現家就係用木魚片,下面嘅豆腐係用百福嘅,我一直都覺得百福豆腐係唔錯,有豆香又滑溜,係唔錯嘅小食
