To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本来想点纸米卷,店员说没有米浆所以没有纸米卷供应,已经很失望了;想点法包,店员又说没有法包;心裏想:这裏的存货管理怎麽搞的,不会有下次了。吃了蟹膏捞蒙,蒙粉捞着薄荷、金不换等香草,调味一流,蒙粉口感适中,就是捞蒙本身已很满意。配料除了蟹膏,还有扎肉、熟番茄、猪红,加了番茄,感觉上健康一点,猪红嫩滑有汁,是意外驚喜!鱼露鸡翼热辣辣、不太乾,好吃,但调味不太觉有鱼露味,可能是因为没有点另附小碗裏的鱼露吧。滴滴咖啡味道香、纯、濃郁,完全没有酸苦味,是目前喝过最好的滴滴咖啡。由于食物和咖啡的質素实在比一般越式食店高,还是会再来的,希望下次可以试到纸米卷和法包吧。

Other Info. : 卡位和身后坐的食客背对背共用一个椅背,身后食客起身挨低若不注意放軽,便会感到震动,座椅不太舒适。所以环境方面扣了分。
