今日到FD屋企玩,地膽推薦咗哩間西日居酒屋,咁試試啦。餐廳裝修得好似日本慶典,好有節日feel。波仔汽水同前菜,尊裝波仔汽水好少見,一般都係玻璃瓶裝。波仔汽水氣泡十足,清新得嚟唔會太甜。前菜係中華沙律,清爽脆口。雞皮餃子,用雞皮製作餃子,外皮炸到金黃香脆,內裡軟嫩juice。食落油香滿溢但唔會膩,點少少沙律醬更惹味。燒魷魚,用整整一條魷魚燒制。魷魚燒得恰到好處,外皮微焦帶炭香,裏面保持軟嫩彈牙,一啲都唔韌。用少少日式醬汁調味,簡單得來又突出魷魚嘅鮮甜,食嘅時候再點埋搭配嘅辣醬,更加提鮮。關東煮,湯底落咗大量配料煲制,清甜得嚟帶淡淡昆布同柴魚香。配料完全索曬湯汁鮮味,竹輪彈牙,腐皮軟滑,凍凍哋天氣食一碗,真係由身暖到心。澳洲M9和牛西冷&美國頂級牛頸脊壽喜鍋,超豪華版壽喜燒。用日本傳統做法,落少少糖同壽喜燒汁煲制。澳洲M9和牛西冷,油花分佈均勻到好似雪花咁,肉質軟嫩,仲帶住淡淡奶香。牛頸脊肉味濃鬱得嚟帶少少嚼勁,但一啲都唔韌,再點埋無菌蛋液一齊食,幼稚滑得來又帶住濃濃蛋香,兩種牛肉都好味。食完牛肉,侍應會幫手淥埋d菜,蔬菜同豆腐吸滿壽喜燒汁嘅香甜,好正。壽喜燒黑松露燉飯,將日式壽喜燒汁同
