喺香港食日式串燒食到飽,好多時都價值不菲,不過鍾意居酒屋文化都冇計,最緊要揀返間隨便叫都好味嘅串燒店。野菜條非常新鮮,尤其是沙葛條可以話係我食過最清甜嘅,多汁、厚切,連平時少食菜嘅朋友都讚口不絕。雞頸肉其實平時食都唔覺有咩特別,但呢度好明顯食得出真係幼嫩又煙靭,合埋眼都感覺到佢係雞頸肉,值得一試。白鱔滿足晒所有好食嘅條件:厚實彈牙、有魚味、魚皮焦脆,鍾意燒鱔嘅必叫。雞甲狀腺聽個名好似好恐怖咁,我都係第一次食,可以話係全晚最難忘。 如果你唔話我知嘅話,其實我完全覺得係柔軟版嘅燒雞皮,夾雜咗好多油脂,所以咬落去好甘香多汁。雞肩肉連咗少少脆身嘅雞皮好香,啖啖肉有肉汁,係新鮮日本產雞肉嘅味道。白菌水潤菇味濃,好岩作為食完咁多款肉嘅結尾。
