To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情關係，將大家都比較少出去食嘢。所以都想嘗試吓將打邊爐外賣返屋企，最近試咗呢一間嘅外賣打邊爐。佢條魚都好大條，不得不說佢有一個大嘅套餐包晒所有海鮮、牛肉、豬肉、其他配料。而且啲海鮮都好新鮮例如：沙白、白鱔、蝦等等。而牛肉同豬肉都算係中上游。加上佢有好多唔同湯底揀，今次我試嘅就係佢招牌麻辣嗰個湯底。嗰啲菠蘿都好甜好多汁好好食。而佢個套餐根本好足夠七至八個人食，平均除翻開分分鐘仲平過自己去門市去打打邊爐放題。
