To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 誠品新舖～鹽酥雞便當（$59）鹽酥雞啱啱炸起即上，熱辣辣，好脆，有好多舊，味道都👌🏼。所有便當都有配菜：椰菜，粟米，醃菜，滷水蛋半隻，米粉，menu寫有三款，其實唔止。飯量唔算多，不過食晒成份都夠飽。焢肉便當（$59）應該叫滷水腩肉便當😂，大大舊腩肉，無切開，佔左便當1/3😆因爲有啲脂肪，食落唔會好「嚡」，仲有少少軟骨。食完舊肉已經飽左7成😂。好彩有啲菜同粟米，均衡啲。所有便當或乾拌麵跟一杯餐飲（凍/熱 紅茶/綠茶）或叫正價特飲減$8。杯飲品都幾大杯。食物味道正常，有菜有肉，仲有野飲，飯量唔多但都幾飽肚。太古黎講，價錢算叫平。誠品會員無額外折扣，但可儲分。
