To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最中意食太興嘅瑞士汁濕炒牛河~個人中意食啲有汁唔會太乾嘅菜式, 第一次食呢個濕炒牛河就愛上左。差唔多半年冇食, 上次嚟到轉左menu冇得食, 今日見到有就即刻嗌左🤤味道依舊咁好食, 每條河粉都沾滿香甜嘅瑞士汁, 牛肉夠稔又重肉味, 墊底嘅菜心都好翠綠同爽脆, 加埋少少炸蒜, 真係好好味😋😋最重要嘅係呢個粉係冇韭黃, 蔥, 啱晒我呢啲揀飲擇食嘅人😂😍但炒河唔好嘅地方就係多油, 每次食到一半都有啲飽濟。 因為太油膩嘅關係, 所以只可以隔一排先可以食一次😂今次仲試左木瓜雪耳燉豬展湯, 燉湯系列個底味都好似差唔多, 木瓜,雪耳同豬展都燉到好稔, 都幾滋潤👍🏻最後就試埋太興奶茶, 今次就叫左茶走, 奶茶同煉奶分開上, 比客人自己落, 唔怕會太甜👍🏻👍🏻

但炒河唔好嘅地方就係多油, 每次食到一半都有啲飽濟。 因為太油膩嘅關係, 所以只可以隔一排先可以食一次😂

今次仲試左木瓜雪耳燉豬展湯, 燉湯系列個底味都好似差唔多, 木瓜,雪耳同豬展都燉到好稔, 都幾滋潤👍🏻
