To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工行過嚟威靈頓街,想食素,在OpenRice睇到這間餐廳,幾好喎。餐廳裝修以清新時尚為主,亦有室內露台座位。🌿脆炸新豬肉丸生菜盞$88一客有六粒炸得十分香口既新豬肉丸,配泰式燒烤醬,用沙律生菜包嚟食,幾惹味。其實植物肉令我擺脫咗傳統素菜嘅印象,因為佢主要成份係植物蛋白質,唔駛怕唔夠營養,亦拓濶咗我對素食的興趣。🌿泰北咖喱金麵配腐皮雞腿$138腐皮雞腿🍗係以小雪條棍包著多層腐皮,賣相都幾得意,咖喱湯麵配以甘筍絲、杏鮑菇絲、脆雲吞皮,仲有碟酸菜及紅葱,口感豐富,感覺健康。🌿紅菌茶$58香港🇭🇰製造嘅紅茶菌,有多種口味選擇,我選咗「荔枝玫瑰🌹味」口感酸酸甜甜,有氣的,解喝好飲。店員偏向年輕,打扮時尚, 而且親切有禮,亦令此素食餐廳增添了活力~✨

一客有六粒炸得十分香口既新豬肉丸,配泰式燒烤醬,用沙律生菜包嚟食,幾惹味。


其實植物肉令我擺脫咗傳統素菜嘅印象,因為佢主要成份係植物蛋白質,唔駛怕唔夠營養,亦拓濶咗我對素食的興趣。
