To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小店的抵食越式二人餐,$168已包兩款粉面飯及兩款小食,還奉送兩杯飲品,真心抵。到店當日目測有不少街坊光顧,不乏捧場客。我點選了以下食品:「火車頭湯河」(單點$48):內裏包含生牛肉、牛腩、牛筋丸,湯底以大量越式香料及新鮮骨湯熬製而成,難怪湯底如此香濃。「越式孜然豬扒湯河」(單點$48):孜然味一放上枱就聞到,豬扒與河粉分開上,孜然香料不會過分留在湯底中。小食我選擇了「炸蝦餅」、「炸春卷」,各有四件,熱辣辣夠晒熱氣又惹味。
