To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日系附近行街,中午剛好經過旺記冰室,就入去食左個lunch,雖然叫冰室,但系呢度其實系間港式茶餐廳開噶,一個人入去點左叉燒滑蛋飯同流心芝士麥包西多士。叉燒滑蛋飯份量幾大,我一個人都食唔嗮。叉燒好香,但唔油膩,滑蛋好嫩,唔會太老。份西多士試左小小,可能系因為太飽了,沒認真試出距噶味道。但總體來講,系個唔錯噶地方。
