上水的日本菜其實選擇唔太多,依間係開左唔係好耐,今次已經第二次食:):)
多數我食日本野都会嗌左啲剌身食下先,油甘魚幾好食


,其他就都正常😁😁不過上左幾分鐘啲冰就溶哂,成個碗入面變左水塘甘,可能整好之後擺左陣先有

小食嗌左個芥末八爪魚剌身,我覺得跟埋個飯團俾你係幾好既做法,好多日本餐廳都無甘做

寿司都可以,無咩特別出色,亦無太伏,好過爭x,又未到元x甘囉,唔知點解食燒海膽左口魚群邊寿司,食到有四魚骨



我食甘多間都未試過有骨


叉燒拉面真係神髓,果幾塊叉燒做得好過出面啲拉面店,神奇地一入口好香炭燒味,但係又無理由特登用個炭爐黎招乎幾塊叉燒架



唔好理,總之好食
