今日收工同同事一齊去食飯,嚟到呢間出名食叉燒嘅餐廳,同事話一定要試叉燒,所以即時叫左一碟蜜汁叉燒。叉燒本身肉質係半肥瘦,所以咬落口感非常滑,叉燒肉夠入味,外面就有曾蜜汁,蜜汁包着一層少脂肪,裏面就充滿肉汁,而且幾入味,造成肥瘦分明,食落唔會鞋口,係一啲質素頗高嘅叉燒。跟住食咗啫啫通菜,由於係用鐵鍋上碟,溫度足以維持,鑊氣充足,所以通菜食落非常香口,加上通菜用少量豬皮一齊炒,令通菜更加香口,通菜本身非常新鮮,所以食落夠嫩口,唔錯唔錯。另外有啲非常惹味嘅係椒鹽鮮魷,由於係即叫即炸,所以上碟熱度足夠,食落就更加爽脆,外皮夠薄,而且炸到口感夠爽,至於裏面嘅鮮魷就夠爽口,新鮮度足夠,仲有少量淮鹽沈上面,所以係幾好食幾惹味。
