我們中午12點來到鰻工房,這麼早仍要排隊。見到一條人龍,我們大約等了半小時才可以座。見如此多人排隊,相信一定好食。果然没有令我們失望。見Menu, $68都有蒲燒鰻魚丼, 我以為自己看錯! 真是好抵。我們各人選了人氣的原條蒲燒鰻魚丼。原條蒲燒鰻魚丼有四塊,望落去已經覺得吸引。鰻魚燒得焦香,肉質肥美。其實一個人吃四塊鰻魚真是有點鮑。而飯加了蛋和紫菜,食時口感豐富。吃鰻魚還有另一個吃法,如下,不過我吃完才見到這個二食法。下次來時,試試這個食法。我們額外要了一串燒鰻魚串。剛燒過來,好美味!
