To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友十分喜愛🐑羊腩煲,一到冬天就即刻要食,佢話見到彩福推出左,就今晚去食下😆估唔到咁旺場,全場爆滿,見好多人食🦀大閘蟹套餐,問下伙計,佢話要預訂無得walkin食。除左點羊腩煲,見個龍鳳雙輝都好抵,但二人只能選一款,咁就食雞啦。⭐豉油雞半隻$38有半隻雞,酒樓喎,呢個價錢抵到喊😆雞嫩滑入味,份量都唔少。⭐雙冬羊腩煲期待的羊腩煲😋煲一陣就滾了,開蓋就聞到香噴噴嘅南乳味,羊肉有好多件,其他配料有枝竹、冬菇、筍、馬碲等,唔羶得黎仲全部都好入味,真係想要碗白飯汁都撈埋😆⭐唐生菜附送的生菜,已灼熟,一般都係生嘅生菜🤔勝在夠大碟。⭐原個椰皇燉燕窩食完濃味野就想食下甜,點左個椰皇,原個蒸,仲用紙封口防止倒汁水,好滑加上🥥椰汁香甜,好食噃。⭐芋圓薑茶湯丸仲叫左湯丸,薑茶好夠薑味,微甜,湯丸係芝麻餡都幾好食,但芋圓就唔得了,太淋又無味。兩個人食左五百蚊,有加一茶芥等,差唔多啦😋
