和朋友齊齊遲了放工,迅速的見個面食個晚餐。沒什麼頭緒,又走到銅鑼灣這橦大廈,每層都有好野食,今次随便找了間未食過的餐廳來試。•餐廳地方不大,平日的夜晚食客不多。不多想點個dinner set就算。•是日餐湯洋蔥湯 經典的法式湯。看上去平平無奇,用匙羹一拌才發現裡面是滿滿的洋蔥塊。邊拌邊散發著濃郁的洋蔥香氣。湯的口感不算濃稠,滿滿洋蔥的甜味,不錯。•Main: 11小時慢煮油封鴨髀 $238 鴨肉經過長時間的慢煮,皮質酥脆,肉質嫩滑。慢煮的過程使得鴨肉充分吸收了香料的風味,每一口都非常濃郁。薯蓉充滿牛油香,好食。伴菜也煮得十分入味,十分搶風頭😍 •Main: 墨魚汁海鮮意大利麵 $188 和熟悉的朋友仔才會點的墨魚汁意粉,不介意吃到滿口黑漆漆互相取笑😂 材料豐富: 蜆、青口、蝦、帶子和魷魚通通都有,略嫌墨魚汁不夠濃郁,麵條亦略嫌乾身。•又試了一間新餐廳,最喜歡和朋友仔一齊去試未食過的餐廳😝 •As usual, menu for ref :
