Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首次到一遊, 發現與銅鑼灣另一類似店名的日餐相似, 或許是分家出來的吧, 縱使不是同一飲食集團, 但真的是同一風格, 真不知道, 亦不需現作考究先來點串燒, 還可以吧, 個別的是不錯的, 例如那青椒是絕對美味, 不過燒魚甚腥呢... 再來雞軟骨這些簡單炸物, 沒什可出錯了, 然後來個忘了名字的湯, 濃郁味道, 足料沒投訴最後石窩牛肉飯, 真不錯, 又香又夠美, 還燒出飯焦來, 可讚服務都不錯, 職員有問必答, 尚算殷勤

先來點串燒, 還可以吧, 個別的是不錯的, 例如那青椒是絕對美味, 不過燒魚甚腥呢...

再來雞軟骨這些簡單炸物, 沒什可出錯了,

然後來個忘了名字的湯, 濃郁味道, 足料沒投訴
最後石窩牛肉飯, 真不錯, 又香又夠美, 還燒出飯焦來, 可讚
