一個星期忙足六日,終於等到星期日,可以放假抖吓。喺 IG 見到 Espuma 又推出咗好多新菜式,梗係想去食吓啦,即刻約咗兩個朋友,一齊去中環嗰間,食番個 Lunch,跟住順便再去 shopping。下晝一點幾,過咗食飯時間,唔算好多人,好開心,有個好正嘅 window seat 等緊我哋,望住又靚又開揚嘅 view 食飯,胃口自然會好D啦!先叫咗個花茶飲住先,我哋三個人,分別叫咗,山楂士多啤梨茶、生薑蜜糖柚子茶,同埋蜜糖蘋果茶,大家可以 share 試晒三款唔同口味,花茶好快已經送到,用個熱爐 keep 住熱,等佢唔洗飲飲吓凍晒,味道失晒真,加埋個細細個嘅茶杯,確保你每啖飲入口嘅茶,都係暖笠笠嘅,而且,D花茶用個透明玻璃壺熱住,個樣零舍靚過人㗎。先飲杯士多啤梨山楂茶先,除咗有好香嘅士多啤梨味之外,仲有酸酸哋嘅山楂,感覺幾開胃。再試蜜糖生薑柚子茶,有好多生薑,同埋好大嚿嘅粉紅西柚,心諗可能會又酸又辣,飮落口原來甜甜地,感覺清新又暖胃。再試埋蜜糖蘋果花茶,茶色好清,入口又甜又香,感覺好滋潤。再叫咗個雜菌湯,有一塊好脆口嘅多士伴碟,將D忌廉攪勻之後,個湯質地好 creamy,仲有好多好新鮮
