To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 拉麵店在香港燒極都有是常識吧! 要找一間不用排隊的不難, 要找好吃的就非常難! 今日本台為你報導一間不錯的拉麵店, 就在佐敦店附近!一般的拉麵店裝修, 燈籠, 門牌非常洽當節水, 記得關水嚨, 在環保意識上日本人也是一流的, 這店也是配合拉麵吃的有冰水, 分成2個層以避免面層結霜, 非常貼心的設計, 在香港應該是第一家吧!肚子餓就叫了超級巨熊拉麵, 想不到餸有那麼多! 分幾個層面講:湯底: 濃厚不油膩, 豬骨湯的味略略不足蛋: 溏心而且醃得入味, 出色叉燒: 夠多而且很瘦, 很有咬口的類型, 不過沒有入口即溶, 就沒那麼肥膩吧麵底: 略略有點淋, 相信是遷就了香港人口味, 想吃硬麵一定要叫"硬", 但叫了"超級"份量卻不算多餃子皮薄, 肉多而且味道香濃, 醋酸甜夾雜, 適中而解膩
