最近同一班無辣不歡既朋友慶生,又見近我地,就揀呢度試。睇到網上咁多人講佢個買層鍋,我地就揀左嚟試。第二層放既小炒,我地揀左椒鹽豆腐。今次叫左時令海鮮雜錦拼盤($388)醉雞($88)牛頸脊($158)等等。最驚為天人係個海鮮拼盤,因為海鮮種類好多,而且亦比好多!而且啲海鮮食得出好新鮮,勁鮮味同海水味!除左放上頂層蒸嚟食之外,亦都可以放上第三層煎左去!都係好好味!而且發現煎海鮮淨返既蒜蓉用嚟煎熟埋牛頸脊係好好味,因為會變成蒜香牛頸脊,對比起就咁淥熟嚟食,又係另一番風味!而我地都叫左即燒茄子,我就覺 佢唔係幾夠熟,硬左啲,但如果放返上煎爐煎熟去,就變到岩岩好!而火鍋方面,我就覺得不過不失,麻辣味唔夠麻同辣,但後尾加湯係加返麻辣湯,變返辣,放薯仔落去,薯仔索晒啲味,辣得好過癮。整體而言,係唔錯既!
