To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上面有三升漬魚子醬 ,即是米、赤味噌、辣椒各一公升 。辣椒香味突出,配上魚味濃郁的池魚,非常配合。

右口魚群邊
更肥美!魚油比左口魚香,而且不用燒,油味都已經很突出。口感爽口!
吃到右口魚真的很幸福!因為右口魚難養殖,多數都是野生所以價錢貴點 ,通常在Omakase 先食到!推介!
