。所謂金湯,原來係廚房用黎調味o既特濃上湯,喺金殿食所以好順理成章地叫做「金湯」。津白本身已經好夠甜,配上金湯食,味道濃得黎又唔會好似芡汁咁油膩同槳住個口,好啱唔鍾意食菜o既XO仔口味。
