成日見人喺K11 Musea打卡,今日終於到此一遊!中午時間經過 Chatterbox Café,有午市套餐供應。 門口排晒長籠,原來係猛龍過江,被譽為「海南雞飯始祖」嘅新加坡餐廳。見到枱枱都叫【文華海南雞飯】梗要跟大隊! 聽講雞肉經過特別挑選,仲用左50分鐘慢煮,特別嫩滑。 配上辣椒醬、薑蓉同特製雞飯醬油,可以按個人口味選擇,我最欣賞佢個薑蓉,清新香味又唔會攻鼻。 另外雞油飯夠香,雞湯亦夠清甜。【白胡椒肉骨茶配白飯】原煲上熱辣辣,飲得到肉香、胡椒香同蒜香,唔算話太濃味,又唔會太辛辣嗆喉,用油炸鬼蘸嚟食,正!【玫瑰咖啡】拉花好靚。 濃濃咖啡香味,夾雜玫瑰花香,咖啡控不能錯過!【美祿恐龍】好似好濃咁,好邪惡呀! 留返俾對面那位胖胖。【招牌椰子雪糕】椰皇入面有兩球椰子雪糕,香甜帶有椰肉,面頭有啲脆脆合桃增加口感。
