今日去的是位於厚福街樓上鋪的串燒專門店。店舖不是很大,但很有去日本居酒屋的感覺,而且漸漸多人後,氣氛很熱鬧。餐牌有好多款特色串燒,亦有不同的酒精飲品。雞胸配紫蘇葉,充滿很香口的紫蘇葉香味,雞胸肉有肉汁,不會柴口。燒田雞腿是首次食,想不到那麼香滑,肉質很嫩口。和牛橫格肌這個部位亦是很少食的,肉味很香,熟成度剛剛好。䐁肉鵪鶉蛋亦是個新嘗試,蛋香配䐁肉香,是這麼匹配的選擇。燒雞翼,我最鍾意食。全翼皮燒得很惹味,皮香肉嫩。燒菠蘿,很香甜,很多汁,是很好的生果甜品。
