Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩年半前幾個朋友一齊自由行去到大阪,京都,奈良,跟住跟住就冇得去旅行啦。今日約埋朋友來到尖沙咀嘅諾士佛臺1號呢間勁有京都feel又略帶豪華版嘅"一遊"重溫 日本風情感覺。嗌咗以下食品大家再細味回想當日。“玉子燒”係我食過最好味嘅一次,玉子燒面仲有“一遊”個logo,幾有心思。侍應話淋啲豉油喺蘿蔔絲度,跟住再擺喺個玉子燒上邊,果然唔錯,蛋味濃郁又夠嫩滑,趁熱食咗佢就最好味啦。“蟹肉滑蛋豆腐煮配刺身三點”蟹肉溶入湯中令到個豆腐煮好鮮味,豆腐都滑捋捋。刺身有三文魚,帶子同另一種魚刺身,每樣都有2件,好似變左六點咁。“雜拼壽司定食配蕎麥麵”有六件壽司加4件卷物,有omakase異曲同工之味,而确實呢間舖夜晚係有做omakase嘅,因此我第二次食到平時少食到嘅魴鮄魚,好清甜,而其他三文魚,吞拿魚等亦好新鮮。值得一提嘅仲有呢味"葱味炸雞",有中式,日式fusion之感覺,零舍特別好味。
