To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同男朋友到屋企附近一間不太顯眼的日本餐廳用餐。餐廳沒有豪華的裝修,卻有一種樸實的日本風味。等位時間大概只需五分鐘。餐廳一進門口便是吧枱的位置,內裡有卡位。第一眼吸引我的是吧枱位置一小罁小蟹。我們分別點了:1) 三文魚刺身,八爪魚刺身(~$100) 刺身都是厚切的,鮮味十足,讓人很有滿足的感覺。八爪魚刺身是男友的最愛。2) 軟殼蟹卷 (6件) ($5X) 很喜歡的擺盤方法,軟殼蟹內軟外脆,非常香口,醬汁也十分配合,不錯。3) shushi delux 12件 (~$140-160)每件壽司都厚切而且十分鮮味,百多元十二件實在是抵吃,兩人吃剛好。特別推介三文魚壽司,十分肥美。玉子小食甜甜的,很喜歡。最後還點了芝士年糕,十分香口,芝味濃郁,讓人很想一吃再吃,為完美的一餐劃上了句号。總括來說,是一家很有誠意用心製作的餐廳。我和男友都一致認同是可以enchore的餐廳。慶幸家附近也有高水準的日本餐廳,滿足男友和我都是日本菜粉絲^^
