卷物多選之《古今》古今日本料理有五家分店,上次去過尖沙咀食Lunch,見到menu卷物十分精美,所以今日同朋友去左銅鑼灣再試下再卷物多選之《古今》,餐廳雖小,但不失居酒屋風格,環好有日本fee,l裝修木系風,窗邊景觀開揚,坐得舒服,店內有吧台前區,Dinner Set都有好多選擇,且有創意,日式章魚小丸子:小丸子小食,做波雖然簡單,但入口唔會整係覺得食到麵粉,章魚上面亦少許紫菜同木魚,熱辣辣好香口,黑豚肉豬頸肉串燒:豬頸肉肉質嫩口,一啖一小口,少辣幾惹味,鹽燒雞中翼:雞皮燒得脈口,雞翼算大隻,好食,卷物(煙花)、卷物(富士山):師傅將2個卷物放埋一齊,擺盤明顯睇得出又感受到係富士山下放煙花既情景,煙花魚蓉帶點辣,富士山上蟹柳好鮮味,飯酸度亦岩岩好,卷物真係不錯。
