To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇完戲要喺呢度搵食記得好耐之前食過呢間泰國都好懷念呀好彩等位唔駛等好耐咋大約15分鐘左右點左~炸蝦餅呢個黎到熱辣辣嘅不過冇想像中咁彈牙呀~蒜蓉炒西蘭花蓮藕呢個炒得幾香合格啦完全滿足到想食蔬菜嘅願望~炸春卷呢個就幾好食喎炸得幾香口又唔會太乾配埋生菜同類似九層塔包住生菜食平衡咗個油膩感~串燒豬肉個豬肉好大塊同平時嘅串燒唔一樣口感一般般啦反而個沙嗲汁幾有驚喜幾惹味~冬陰功湯一碗有兩隻蝦同大量草菇呢個整得幾surprise少少辣幾重口味
