To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瞓醒突然想食自助餐，雖則係平日但要搵間有位嘅自助餐一啲都唔易🤦🏾‍♂️ 最終依間沙田凱悅有位即Book. 十二點食到三點，我自己就十二點半先去到，去到竟然半個場係空嘅，心諗係咪太耐冇食過中左伏🤔半個鐘後，放飯時間就爆滿。先講回本位凍海鮮，酒店好細心螺肉同元貝起哂殼，有海水味新鮮冇得彈。長腳蟹就差啲，冇味乾身，感覺上係隔夜自助晚餐食剩，收乾哂水，同埋比較偏細仔。燒味係凱悅嘅招牌貨，專登叫師傅砍隻鴨腿試吓，正正常常，唔算太鞋口。叉燒就推薦嘅好香好食。個塊西冷出其地白身，好咸唔好食。沙律菜好新鮮好多凍盤可以選擇。甜品🍮都算多，自己就試左幾款，除左葡撻外其餘都麻麻地總結，兩個人加埋85折都要四百蚊位，食完明白點解會即日有位，好嘅係佢泊車有四個鐘可以慢慢食。
