鮮雞湯小雲吞是每天用新鮮雞,雞肉就拆來做手撕雞,用剩返嘅雞骨部份用來熬製10多小時成為小雲吞精髓嘅鮮雞湯,小雲吞皮薄嫩滑,肉餡鮮味,雞湯一定要飲晒,完全鮮味十足

秘製上海炸排骨肉質非常鬆化,皮脆肉嫩,見肉鮮嫩呈現粉紅色,詢問店員,店員說豬扒熟透,因為他們選材是用新鮮的梅頭豬肉,那部份新鮮的肉呈現特別深的粉紅色,所以炸熟透後會有粉紅色的現象,吃的時候確實感到肉質已經是熟透,但是肉質非常鬆化,可能就是梅頭豬肉的質感

這個蔥油拌麵由爆香咗嘅蔥油加上秘製醬汁,同埋煙靭嘅麵條,成為美味嘅鐵三角,再加上炸香左嘅乾蔥同埋蔥絲,每一啖滿滿是蔥油嘅香氣,鍾意蔥油嘅一定唔會失望
