跟tips,平日三點半,可避過peak hours。前頭有四五張枱,來的都是兩位兩位,等了廿多分鐘,便可入座。(四至五點鐘更不用等添!)泡菜牛肉餃,食到有爽爽的泡菜,但泡菜辣味就無乜喇,欣賞佢澄麵皮薄而通透,即蒸上枱仍是軟腍腍!牛肉腸粉,正!皮厚度啱啱好!(有d人求,皮薄透,咁就唔係食腸粉啦!要食薄皮既,不如食越式包粉卷!!!)添好運有半透明,煙韌軟綿而不粉口的腸粉皮,好食到個餡都成為配角!錦繡菠菜麵春卷,皮脆,一心以為係春卷皮包住成扎菠菜麵,原來係椰菜+紅蘿蔔+菠菜麵碎+一pat獻漿,no good。鮮蝦燒賣,雖然有隻鮮蝦,但下面大部份係肥豬肉。古法糯米雞,果然如「sze詩」所講,得個大,糯米多。餡冇料到,一片片的肉片、半隻蛋、一件雞。好戲在後頭,等左十零分鐘,酥皮焗义燒包終於到喇!皮又薄又脆,义燒餡企理汁香,果然係招牌作!!因為得兩個人,試唔到咁多,仲有馬拉糕、蘿蔔糕、凍珍珠芝麻番薯露都好想食。我諗佢點心好食,主因是即叫即蒸。但再好食的東西,在一個既速食又逼的環境下,又怎去enjoy?想食得自在,要突登請假來,可有多少次?
