辛苦左一日又到happy friday,難得第日係短週,當然要好好咁獎勵一下自己,所以就跟同事去咗一間佢十分推介嘅餐廳,位於尖沙咀棉登徑哪木户,係一間串燒而聞名哪居酒屋,至於價錢同質素當然有返咁上下份量🤔呢度完全冇一d所謂哪dinner set,純粹係單點方式,你鍾意見到啲乜嘢就食乜嘢,喺座位嘅後面亦有一大排酒櫃,想當然要搵返d同酒夾哪菜式啦,店員就推薦呢個seafood love sake menu比我,當中仲有我最中意食哪燒魚,係和哥山嘅自家製一夜干,係一種日本傳統嘅保存魚類鮮味嘅技術,類似風乾技熟,而喺吧枱前面就正正係幾個炭火架,全部即叫即燒,見住佢將秘製汁搽滿成條一夜干,但入口竟然唔算濃味,第一口係焦香味爆發,第二口先係魚乾嘅味道,另外加配嘅呢一合枡sake $148,飲完杯再飲木盒剩下嘅酒,最後帶著滿意同幾分醉意離開。我同同事就鍾意佢呢度處理串燒嘅方法!
