今晚跟朋友去了荃灣食串燒,餐廳新開張,晚市時間都全場爆滿,主因價錢公道,而且份量十足。先叫了酒糟雞卷,雞卷酒味濃香,非常入味。串燒大部份都是十多廿元有交易,除了有肉類,還有海鮮及蔬菜。串燒可以選辣或不辣,全部都是即叫即燒,所以都要等約15分鐘才有得食。原條蒜香茄子表面舖滿了蒜蓉,茄子燒至軟身,亦都不會過咸。泰式豬頸肉燒至有焦香,加上酸甜醬十分惹味。大墨魚嘴爽脆有咬口。金菇肥牛卷太濕,金菇都燒至腍。牛舌心更彈牙爽口。白鱔燒至皮脆,魚肉鮮甜,不過有些小骨。最後加了個酸辣米線配韭菜餃,BB辣真係比較輕微,下次可以試少辣或中辣。
