開心星期五,同朋友黎到荃灣食串燒,友人極推位於鱟地坊的「共度一燒」,貪佢做緊120分鐘無限暢飲放題,可以大嘆生啤、啤酒🍻、清酒🍶、雞尾酒🍹等,酒鬼至愛。店舖面積不大,但設有卡位雅座,感覺舒適,不消一會已座無虛席,人們高談闊論絕對是朋友聚會好地方。麻辣豬耳:毫不吝嗇的豬耳,份量多,豬耳夠麻夠香,爽彈無比,而且最鐘意有筋位,特別有咬口, 一啖接一啖。豚肉京蔥卷:京蔥燒至脆身厚實,薄薄一層醬汁豚肉配上爽脆清甜爆汁京蔥,好驚艷。安格斯一口牛:粉嫩粉嫩的安格斯牛,不會燒至過熟,恰到好處,一口咬落做到爆肉汁效果,而且調味不會重手過咸。雞軟骨:我第二推介嘅係雞軟骨,一份兩串 香口又脆燒到脆卜卜,佐酒一流!多春魚:燒至香脆金黃,喜歡魚春部分,有顆粒感,而且不煙韌,容易咬開。味醂魚干:魚干焦香帶魚油脂,調味比較甜,簡單蘸上沙律醬可解膩原條茄子🍆:燒茄子個精髓係啲蒜蓉!滿滿香辣蒜蓉鋪滿係條茄子上面,見到都流哂口水,茄子燒至焾身同蒜蓉融為一體,好出色榴連炸彈:炸到外脆內軟的榴槤波波,皮薄餡靚又足料,仲有流心效果的榴連蓉!齒夾留香。酸辣粉:非常喜歡其湯頭!呷一啖麻辣燙因為有酸菜反而偏酸,BB辣都可再辣點。花生、芫荽、蔥呢啲係基本配料,水魷一整條,爽彈無異味,不錯。識叫一定叫豬皮!吸收曬湯底精華!佢仲有好多款面底提供,薯粉煙韌掛湯汁,幾推薦!飲左幾杯Asahi 非常暢快兼值回票價🤣,而且飲埋提子🍇梳打,吾會太甜!串燒配酒人生一大樂事!GUR 曬😉總結:高質串燒 價錢相宜暢飲套餐 酒鬼至愛 continue reading
