海鮮

一向是餐廳強項,選用加拿大龍蝦,比常見的波士頓龍蝦是更勝一籌,肉質軟嫩,實在令人食完又食。

壽司

講到壽司仲誇張,因為有伊佐木、綱池魚、油甘魚、平目魚、平政魚、深海池魚、吞拿魚、三文魚、鱲魚及章紅魚,全都是即叫即製,有部分更是坊間少見貨色,實在難以置事,就連自己經常食自助餐,都給嚇一跳。

一口氣點了伊佐木、綱池魚、平目魚、平政魚及深海池魚,都是只會在比較高級日式食肆出現,仲要係任食喎。

先講西湯忌廉蘑菇湯,質感濃吞,而且有不少蘑菇碎粒,陣陣幽香,超鍾意。

而中湯有燉豬展湯及冬瓜燉豬展,前者加入北芪及雞腳,味道濃郁;反而後者相比下味道稍淡。
