To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朋友突然話想食串燒,小妹即刻上網找找,找到這間印尼餐廳~班蘭葉印度美食。這間餐廳雖然地方細細,唔太起眼,但每位店員招呼都很細心及殷勤,點菜時,他們都會講解每款菜式的特點。打開Menu,串燒就當然唔少得啦,今次點左牛羊雞之外,店員還介紹左我地試下,其他店舖比較少見嘅白鱔串燒,果然又滑又彈牙!而且全部串燒都醃得好入味,根本唔洗加沙嗲醬都已經好好味!燒牛仔燒得好好,一點都不韌,加上醬汁更加野味。除此之外,店員還推介了「炸雞班蘭塔尖飯」和「黃薑原條炸魚 配 花膠湯粉皮」,兩款主菜都好好味,塔尖飯除了班蘭味外,還有陣陣清香嘅椰汁味!花膠湯也特別出色,濃濃嘅花膠湯底加上滑滑粉皮,店員真係無介紹錯。最後,我們還點了兩杯芒果沙冰和咖啡沙冰,飲完後真係涼透入心,熱氣全消!食完這頓飯後,覺得這店雖然店舖細細,但店員真的很用心,每款餸菜都很有水準,值得支持這小店!
