聽講尖沙咀近佐敦果邊有間新嘅爐端燒,而且係咁博多嘅師傅主理,應該都會喺香港食到日本風味。因為想睇住主廚煮,所以就坐咗喺吧枱,有個透明板隔住嘅open kitchen。因為食得太多野,輕輕點評幾款我覺得比較特別嘅~蠑螺 $156@2食落唔會太硬,帶有小小調味,食落去更加鮮甜。和牛重辦胃燒 $128係博多牛腸鍋嘅變奏版,本身牛腸好肥美,而老公司令到佢增添咗一份惹味。和牛舌芋絲月見 $68沙律雞肉香味大根 $58築前煮 $48明太子冷烏冬 $148明太子係辛口,帶小小辣度,襯埋烏冬好夾。天神布甸 $48呢個比較特別,有一邊係有一片檸檬。仲有啲雪花鹽,撈埋變成一個又有少少酸,又有少少酸又有小小鹹嘅醬。同布甸一齊食個味道都幾特別。
