To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽聞大角咀開左間南記, 一於去食下.腩汁橯麵配招牌春卷同牛筋 $32+3 湯: 大碗, 但味精太多, 飲左一啖無飲了生菜: 爽甜招牌春卷: 腐皮包住魚肉去炸, 或許炸完放得太耐,無咩特別牛筋: 夠腍夠入味,一路咀嚼都感到口腔中充滿膠骨原牛腩: 本身無叫到牛腩, 不過有一舊, 可能唔夠牛筋吧, 好乾好鞋好韌, 又多肥肉腩汁橯麵: 幼麵都幾多,麵質尚算鬆彈, 但仲有好重梘水味,而且腩汁太咸, 最後都食剩一半麵食唔落雖然做完運動跑完步來食, 好肚餓之下最後都食剩一半麵食唔落, 回家食多個杯麵算了...
